Nesse contexto mais amplo, o processo potencializa um projeto seminal da Diocese de Paranagu\u00e1, que a considera o edif\u00edcio da Igreja Matriz como marco zero, simbolizando a sua hist\u00f3ria primordial a frente da ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o territorial do munic\u00edpio e a pr\u00f3pria hist\u00f3ria religiosa da regi\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p><p>Esse entendimento extrapola o \u00e2mbito da institui\u00e7\u00e3o religiosa, estabelecendo um sentido compartilhado na comunidade parnanguara e paranaense, que identifica o edif\u00edcio da Igreja como o in\u00edcio da ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o luso-brasileira daquele territ\u00f3rio. Essa longa trajet\u00f3ria guarda reconhecimento nas pol\u00edticas de preserva\u00e7\u00e3o do patrim\u00f4nio cultural, sendo o edif\u00edcio tombado individualmente pela legisla\u00e7\u00e3o estadual (Lei n\u00ba 1.211\/1953) desde 1967 e inserido no per\u00edmetro de tombamento do Conjunto Arquitet\u00f4nico e Urban\u00edstico da Cidade de Paranagu\u00e1, protegido pela legisla\u00e7\u00e3o federal (Decreto-Lei n\u00ba 25\/1937) desde 2011.<\/p><p>Assim, a proposta do projeto tem como foco central a restaura\u00e7\u00e3o do edif\u00edcio da Igreja Matriz de Nossa Senhora do Ros\u00e1rio, considerando as premissas do campo da preserva\u00e7\u00e3o do patrim\u00f4nio edificado, preconizadas em documentos nacionais e internacionais que embasam as a\u00e7\u00f5es sobre esses bens culturais por meio da configura\u00e7\u00e3o de uma equipe t\u00e9cnica especializada, proponente e parceira deste projeto.<\/p><p>Apesar da import\u00e2ncia hist\u00f3rica e arquitet\u00f4nica, h\u00e1 fragmenta\u00e7\u00e3o de conhecimento sobre a trajet\u00f3ria hist\u00f3rica e construtiva do edif\u00edcio da Igreja Matriz, tendo diversos questionamentos, como a forma primordial de sua inser\u00e7\u00e3o no territ\u00f3rio urbano de Paranagu\u00e1 e as refer\u00eancias sobre a sua cronologia construtiva. As pesquisas propostas buscam complementar a base de dados e an\u00e1lises para que a comunidade e as futuras gera\u00e7\u00f5es se vinculem com a hist\u00f3ria do bem cultural contada de forma ampla, a partir de diversos olhares.<\/p><p>O desenvolvimento dos projetos t\u00e9cnicos de restaura\u00e7\u00e3o arquitet\u00f4nica e de adapta\u00e7\u00e3o ao uso s\u00e3o ferramentas imprescind\u00edveis para subsidiar as interven\u00e7\u00f5es necess\u00e1rias, tanto para a restaura\u00e7\u00e3o de elementos e caracter\u00edsticas antigas, quanto para a adapta\u00e7\u00e3o do edif\u00edcio a sistemas el\u00e9tricos, hidr\u00e1ulicos e de seguran\u00e7a compat\u00edveis com o uso, dentro das normativas atuais.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p><p>Para al\u00e9m dos aspectos t\u00e9cnicos da restaura\u00e7\u00e3o, o projeto cultural foi concebido a partir do fundamento da integra\u00e7\u00e3o entre o conhecimento especializado e a viv\u00eancia comunit\u00e1ria, visando compreender o bem a partir dos seus aspectos hist\u00f3rico, arquitet\u00f4nico e como refer\u00eancia social e cultural reconhecida tanto no \u00e2mbito comunit\u00e1rio, quanto nacionalmente. Por tal motivo, pretende tamb\u00e9m realizar a\u00e7\u00f5es de educa\u00e7\u00e3o patrimonial, como oficinas, palestras e lan\u00e7amento de publica\u00e7\u00f5es impressas.<\/p><p><em>*A Igreja
